YBhg Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahman is the Executive Chairman of Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. Prior to establishing Rahim & Co in 1976, he served as a Valuation Officer with the London Borough of Hounslow, a Valuation Officer with the Valuation Division of the Ministry of Finance, the Properties Manager of Malayan Railways and the Properties Manager of Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad.

In his professional capacity, Tan Sri has served as a member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia. He has been Past Presidents of The Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (1986 – 1987), The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysian Chapter (1982 – 1986), The Asia Pacific Real Estate Federation (1985 – 1988) and The Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS) (1990 – 1994).

Tan Sri was elected the Deputy World President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) in 1990 for a 2-year term. Tan Sri Rahim was awarded the Darjah Kebesaran Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM) that carries the title Tan Sri from His Majesty the King of Malaysia in 2014. He was also appointed as a Senator by His Majesty the King from 2010 – 2016.

Alisa Rahim is the Executive Director Corporate Strategy of Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. She was trained in the UK with a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and a Master’s degree in Property Investment from City University. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Alisa practiced in London with Savills, a global real estate company. Her professional experience includes valuation, property management, estate agency, as well as research and consultancy. She is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Sr Chee Kok Thim is the Group Consultant Valuation Services of Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. Prior to joining Rahim & Co in July 1997, Sr Chee had served more than 21 years with the Valuation and Property Services Department in the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.

At the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Sr Chee has served as a Committee Member of the Property Surveying Division, the Examination Secretary of the Examination & Accreditation Board, a Council Member of the Royal Institution and the Chairman of the Examination Board for more than 10 years. At the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia, Sr Chee is currently an examiner for the Board's Test of Professional Competence and was a member of the Accreditation Committee. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), a Member of The Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector, Malaysia (PEPS) and the Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers.

Mr. Siva Shanker is a Registered Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia and has more than 35 years of experience in the property industry. He has had much hands-on experience, having worked in both large international consultancies as well as small local firms. In 2004, Siva ventured out on his own and formed Linear Estates, which was then merged with a larger real estate consultancy in 2011. In 2016, Siva moved to the corporate sector and accepted a position as Head of Investments at Axis REIT Managers Berhad.

Siva has been an active member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents for many years and was President for the Year 2013/2015. In recognition of his excellent services to the industry, Siva was awarded the Estate Agent of the Year 2014 award by the Board Of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia. Siva is also an accomplished speaker and real estate trainer. He was instrumental in the massive registration exercise for Real Estate Negotiators and was personally responsible for training more than 12,000 negotiators in the year 2013 and 2014. In September 2019, Siva joined Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. as Director Real Estate Agency.

Sr Sulaiman is the Director Research and Consultancy Services at Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. He principally overlooks the research operations of the company, which involves conducting market & product marketability studies, feasibility and financial assessments studies, investment analysis and business strategies relating to real estate, marketing strategy formulation and establishing proposed development briefs and proposals. Prior to joining Rahim & Co in 2001, Sr Sulaiman was working at CB Richard Ellis in Melbourne, Australia where he started with the Property Management Department and later joined the Valuation team. A medical scientist and a valuer by qualification, Sr Sulaiman holds a Master’s of Science in Facilities Management.

Sr Chan Fei Fei is the Director Valuation Services (Corporate & Financial) at Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. She graduated with first-class honours from Universiti Malaya (UM), holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management (2008) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance (2016).

Registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agent & Property Managers since 2011, Sr Chan has extensive experience in valuation, with a portfolio spanning both retail and corporate sectors. Prior to joining Rahim & Co in 2012, she was with City Valuers & Consultants Sdn. Bhd., where she was actively involved in valuation, research and consultancy, as well as estate agency work.

Sr Chan is a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), The Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector, Malaysia (PEPS), and the Business Valuers Association Malaysia (BVAM).

Sr Fiqri Rohaizad is a Director Valuation Services (GLC) at Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Estate Management (Hons) and a Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), which he completed in 2012 and 2009, respectively. A registered valuer and estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers, Malaysia, he began his career with Rahim & Co in 2012 as a valuation executive at the Petaling Jaya branch. In 2016, he was promoted to Manager at the Ipoh office, and from 2018 to 2025, he served as the Branch Manager at the Melaka office. Sr Fiqri is a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), an International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS), and a member of the Business Valuers Association Malaysia (BVAM).

PMgr Rozaini is the Director Property and Facilities Management at Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd., overseeing the management of diverse property portfolios across Peninsular Malaysia. With over 20 years of experience in property and facilities management, his expertise extends to asset management, corporate real estate, and property administration. Before joining Rahim & Co in 2025, he was the Head of Group Asset Management and Administration at Amanah Raya Berhad, where he managed assets exceeding RM1 billion and oversaw the governance of more than 100 Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs).

A Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM) and a Registered Property Manager under BOVEAP, PMgr Rozaini has been instrumental in enhancing tenancy occupancy rates, securing fire certifications for aged buildings, and implementing strategic property management initiatives. He has received industry accolades, including The Edge Property Award and the Ampang Jaya Strata Management Award. Actively contributing to the industry, he serves as the Organising Chairman of the MIPFM CPD Seminar and is a frequent guest speaker at real estate conferences, including the Seminar Real Estate 2024 at Universiti Malaya.

Husni is the Director Finance & Corporate Services and Company Secretary of Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. He manages the financial and corporate matters of the Company which includes accounting & finance, corporate finance, taxation, compliance, internal control & audit, legal and secretarial functions of the Company. Husni is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Certified Company Secretary registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Before joining Rahim & Co in 2002 he started his career with Maybank Berhad and later joined a public accounting firm, Ng, Wong & Co to begin his accounting practice. He then joined a commercial entity as an accountant in charge of corporate development and worked for a company that dealt with privatisation of facilities including water dam, water treatment plant and on-street parking. Husni graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara with a Bachelor (Hons) in Accountancy.

Clarence Siew is the Director Human Resource and Administration of Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. He is responsible for ensuring that the company is operationally efficient and effective by setting strategic human resource and administrative direction. Clarence completed his Degree of Bachelor of Economics at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He has more than 20 years working experience and joined Rahim & Co in year 2000. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management.

Aslina Rahim is the Director Corporate Communications of Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. She has a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK and a Master’s Degree in Applied Commerce from The University of Melbourne, Australia. Aslina started her working career in year 2000 at Ogilvy Advertising before joining Rahim & Co in 2005. She is actively involved in all marketing aspects of the company and has more than 19 years of experience in marketing and public relations.

Maleq Zamil is the Associate Director Business Development & Client Service (BDCS), of Rahim & Co International Sdn. Bhd. He completed his Degree in Bachelor of Business (majoring in Management) at Griffith University, Australia in 2002. At Rahim & Co, Maleq is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marketing and business development activities, focusing on acquiring new customers and continuing the good rapport with existing customers. Prior to joining Rahim & Co in 2016, Maleq was working at RHB Bank, Alliance Bank and Citibank Berhad. He has more than 15 years of working experience in the banking industry, which includes marketing, business development and operations.

Faziazam Kasim is a Associate Director Valuation Services at Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd with over 20 years of experience in property valuation. He specialises in plant, machinery, and equipment (PME) valuation, with expertise across sectors such as energy, aviation, infrastructure, manufacturing, and defence.

He began his career in 2004 with Azmi & Co before joining the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH) where he held various roles, including Assistant Director at the PME Division. His work at JPPH involved complex valuation assignments for assets such as aircraft, airports, seaports, solar plants, and hospitals. In 2023, he was appointed District Valuer at JPPH Kuala Krai before joining Rahim & Co.

Faziazam holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management from Universiti Malaya. He is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP), and has completed specialised PME valuation training in Wellington, New Zealand.
